توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق قسم الصيدلة ونظامه الإلكتروني (المشار إليهما معاً بـ«الخدمة») البيانات ويستخدمها ويحميها.
الخدمة مقدَّمة من قسم الصيدلة لطلبتها وتدريسييها ومنتسبيها، وهي مجانية ولا تحتوي على إعلانات.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف أو اسم المستخدم، البريد الإلكتروني إن وُجد، وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن مشفّرة ولا يمكن لأحد الاطلاع عليها).
البيانات الأكاديمية: القسم والمرحلة، الجدول الدراسي، الدرجات والنتائج، وسجلات الحضور والغياب — وهي سجلات تحتفظ بها الكلية أصلاً ويعرضها التطبيق لصاحبها.
البيانات المالية: الأقساط والوصولات المسجّلة لدى الكلية (للعرض فقط). لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات بطاقات دفع ولا ينفّذ عمليات دفع.
الموقع الجغرافي: عند تسجيل الحضور فقط (حضور التدريسي اليومي، أو حضور الطالب بجلسة رمز QR) يُقرأ موقع الجهاز لحظة التسجيل للتحقق من التواجد داخل الكلية. لا يتتبّع التطبيق الموقع في الخلفية.
الكاميرا: لمسح رمز QR للحضور فقط، ولا تُحفظ أي صور.
بيانات الجهاز: معرّف تثبيت التطبيق واسم الجهاز ونظامه ونسخة التطبيق، ورمز الإشعارات (Push Token) لإرسال إشعارات الكلية.
سجلات تقنية: وقت الدخول وعنوان IP لأغراض الأمان ومنع الاستخدام غير المصرّح به.
2. كيف نستخدم البيانات
تقديم الخدمة: عرض الجدول والدرجات والحضور والبيانات المالية لصاحبها، وتمكين التدريسي من تسجيل الحضور والدرجات.
التحقق من الحضور ومنع التلاعب به (الموقع والجهاز المعتمد).
إرسال إشعارات تخص الدراسة والكلية.
حماية الحسابات: إنهاء الجلسات عند تغيير كلمة المرور، وتنبيهات الدخول من جهاز جديد.
3. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نؤجّرها ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية أو تتبّع. تُشارك فقط:
مع الموظفين المخوّلين في الكلية بحسب صلاحياتهم (التسجيل، الحسابات، الأقسام، شؤون التدريسيين).
مع مزوّدي خدمات تقنية يعملون نيابة عن الكلية حصراً: استضافة الخوادم وقواعد البيانات (Amazon Web Services)، وخدمة الإشعارات (Google Firebase / Apple Push Notification service)، وخدمات الرسائل والبريد لإرسال رموز التحقق.
مع الجهات الرسمية عند وجود التزام قانوني.
4. الحفظ والأمان
تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم الكلية وتُنقل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). كلمات المرور مشفّرة، والوصول مقيّد بالصلاحيات ومسجَّل.
تحتفظ الكلية بالسجلات الأكاديمية والمالية للمدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة الجامعية.
5. حقوقك
الاطلاع على بياناتك من داخل التطبيق.
طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة عبر القسم المختص في الكلية.
طلب حذف حساب التطبيق؛ مع العلم أن السجلات الأكاديمية والمالية الرسمية تبقى لدى الكلية وفق الأنظمة.
إيقاف الإشعارات أو إذن الموقع أو الكاميرا من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت (قد يتعذّر حينها تسجيل الحضور).
6. الأطفال
الخدمة موجّهة لطلبة الجامعة ومنتسبيها وليست موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.
7. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويُنشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the قسم الصيدلة app and its online system (together, the "Service") collect, use and protect data.
The Service is provided by قسم الصيدلة to its students, teaching staff and employees. It is free and contains no advertising.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, phone number or username, email address if provided, and password (stored hashed; no one can read it).
Academic data: department and stage, timetable, marks and results, and attendance records — records the College already keeps and shows to their owner in the app.
Financial data: tuition installments and receipts recorded by the College (view only). The app does not collect card details or process payments.
Location: only when recording attendance (staff daily check-in, or student attendance through a QR session), the device location is read at that moment to confirm presence on campus. The app does not track location in the background.
Camera: only to scan attendance QR codes; no photos are stored.
Device data: app installation ID, device name, operating system and app version, and a push notification token used to deliver College notifications.
Technical logs: sign-in time and IP address, for security and to prevent unauthorized use.
2. How we use data
To provide the Service: showing timetable, marks, attendance and financial records to their owner, and letting teaching staff record attendance and marks.
To verify attendance and prevent attendance fraud (location and approved device).
To send study- and College-related notifications.
To protect accounts: ending sessions after a password change, and alerts for sign-ins from new devices.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking. Data is shared only:
With authorized College staff according to their role (registration, accounts, departments, staff affairs).
With technical service providers acting solely on the College's behalf: server and database hosting (Amazon Web Services), push notifications (Google Firebase / Apple Push Notification service), and SMS/email services used to send verification codes.
With authorities where required by law.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on the College's servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, and access is role-restricted and logged.
The College keeps academic and financial records for as long as university regulations require.
5. Your rights
View your data inside the app.
Request correction of inaccurate data through the relevant College office.
Request deletion of your app account; official academic and financial records remain with the College as required by regulations.
Turn off notifications, location or camera permission in your device settings at any time (attendance recording may then be unavailable).
6. Children
The Service is intended for university students and staff and is not directed to children under 13.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; any change is published on this page with its update date.
